Glenn turner, VFW post 1582 Adjutant and Quartermaster, presented a $150 check to the Humane Society for helping one of the members (Patricia Whitebear ) of the Post. The Humane Society will use the money to help other Veterans.

The American Legion post 266 Honor Guard Event was held 8-5-22 at the Belleview NE Cemetery.


6-9-22 the American Legion post 266 had an installation of officers at the hall.
There were several speakers including National, State and district representatives from the American Legion.

American Legion post 266 had a speaker “Benson T. Elmore”, Director, County Veterans Service Officer during our 5-5-22 monthly post meeting.

Dr. Steven Youngberg, member of post 266, (center) won the PR award from the American Legion state for Post 266 work.
