Bennington American Legion 266 building outside remodeled
We remodeled the outside of our Bennington American Legion 266 building and it was completed as of 1-10-25. It consisted of a new roof, new siding and new gutters with leaf guard protection and lighting features. The building looks new now and a great asset to the city of Bennington NE.
HyVee Veterans breakfast
The American Legion post 266 had a table at the HyVee Veterans breakfast at 156th and Maple.
Veterans Dinner 11-10-24
The American Legion post 266 Auxiliary provides a Veterans Dinner 11-10-24 Sunday at 1 PM. The program included quilt of honor presentation and speaker, girls state speakers, and food. Runza received a appreciation for
donations of food for our fundraisers.

American Legion post 266 Soup Supper Event 5-2-24
There was music, ticket drawing for items donated, three different kinds of soup, drinks and deserts included. It was a successful day with a good turnout and goodwill money donations. The American Legion State Commander was there.
